AsapRadar tidak punya akun, jadi tidak ada akun yang bisa dihapus. Yang ada adalah satu nomor perangkat acak, dan data yang tertaut padanya. Halaman ini menjelaskan cara meminta semuanya dihapus.
Foto dan laporan kondisi jalan dihapus permanen tiga jam setelah dikirim, oleh penyapu terjadwal. Anda tidak perlu meminta apa pun untuk itu — kecuali Anda ingin sesuatu dihapus lebih cepat.
Nomor itulah satu-satunya cara kami mengenali data Anda. Tanpa itu kami tidak bisa menemukannya — dan itu memang disengaja: kami tidak menyimpan apa pun yang bisa dipakai mencari Anda dengan cara lain.
Permintaan diproses dalam 30 hari. Kami membalas ketika sudah selesai.

Mencopot pemasangan aplikasi akan menghapus nomor perangkat dari ponsel Anda, sehingga pemasangan berikutnya dianggap perangkat baru. Namun baris data di server tetap ada sampai Anda meminta penghapusan lewat email di atas.
AsapRadar has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. What exists is a random device reference and the data attached to it. This page explains how to have all of it removed.
Road-condition photos and reports are permanently deleted three hours after they are filed, by a scheduled sweep. You do not need to ask for that — only if you want something gone sooner.
That reference is the only way we can identify your data. Without it we cannot find it — which is deliberate: we hold nothing else that could be used to look you up.
Requests are processed within 30 days. We reply when it is done.

Uninstalling removes the device reference from your phone, so a later install counts as a new device. The server-side rows remain until you request deletion by email above.
